And if you follow me on Instagram you know that yesterday I attended the opening of the Bath & Body Works store in Plaza Las Americas mall in San Juan Puerto Rico. And I want to tell you that I had the opportunity to speak with Jaime Arias,general manager of the store and this is what he told us:
EAML: What is the goal of the store here in Puerto Rico?
What are your expectations of the store?
JA : The expectations, Making this store one of the top in volume of sales within the company, Additional help Puerto Rico to become the #1 District in the company.
We hope this will begin mark what will be the outcome and the future of what will be Bath & Body Works here in Puerto Rico.
In the next month we are opening two more stores in Bayamon on November 11 and Plaza Carolina on November 18.
EAML: What is the fragrance that you sell most globally?
JA: The Fragrance # 1 of us, and fragrance #1 in stores around the world is the Japanese Cherry Blossom that is why is # 1 in the set of fragrances from the store. It is the fragrance as they say that distinguishes what is Bath & Body Works
EAML: What is what you are looking forward for this opening?
JA : Well here the customers will start today to have the experience of what Bath & Body Works. The experience of many customer who has used the product is because it has been on vacation to the U.S. or call mom or my sister to send a package or a product from Bath & Body Works or bought it online. Because many people in Puerto Rico purchase a lot right through the Internet.
Here the customer will be able to have the fragrance at the moment and not wait for it, will be able to have more variety, will be able to smell them, feel them, take the sample at the moment so you can see the different fragrances. You will be able to have a contact with the employee directly that can talk and explain the history of the fragrance.
The prices here In Puerto Rico are the same they don't change, all prices that are in the U.S. Items pr here In Puerto Rico are the same today specifically customers will have the opportunity to have Forever Midnight. Forever Midnight 'is the second luxury fragrance we work within what is Bath & Body Works. Two years ago we launched what is Forever Red and this year is Forever Midnight. This fragrance comes the 4th of November to all Bath & Body Works stores in the world but today we opened in a week before and he company gave us the opportunity in to have the fragrance available.
For the rest the service of the employees in the store was a great well aware , well instructed in the fragrances and everything was well organized there and I wanted to stay in the shop all day. I was almost 3 hours because I didn't know what to take with me.Since at the store me and my friend got two gift certificates $ 25.00 and there were so many fragrances that I didn't know which one to choose.

Y si me siguen por Instagran ya saben que ayer estuve presente en la inauguración de de la tienda Bath & Body Works en el centro comercial de Plaza las Américas en San Juan Puerto Rico. Y quiero decirles que tuve la oportunidad de hablar con Jaime Arias, Gerente general de la tieda y esto fue lo que nos dijo:
EAML : Cual es la meta de la tienda aquí en Puerto Rico?
Cuales son sus expectativas de la tienda?
J.A. : Las espectativas,convertir esta tienda en una de las Top en volumen de ventas dentro de la compañía, Adicional ayudar a que Puerto Rico se convierta en el distrito #1 en al compañía.
Esperamos que esta tienda empiece a marcar lo que van a ser los resultados y el futuro de lo que va a ser Bath & Body Works aquí en Puerto Rico.
En el próximo mes abrimos dos tiendas mas que es en Bayamón en noviembre 11 y plaza Carolina en noviembre 18.
EAML: Cual es la fragancia que mas ustedes venden a nivel mundial?
J.A.: La Fragancia #1 de nosotros, de la tienda y la fragancia #1 en tiendas de todo el mundo es la Japanese Cherry Blossom por eso es la #1 en el set de fragancias de la tienda. Es la fragancia que como quien dice distingue lo que es Bath & Body Works
EAML: Que es lo que ustedes esperan hoy como tal de la apertura?
J.A. : Bueno, aqui el clientes hoy va a empesar a tener la experiencia de lo que es Bath & Body Works. La Experiencia de mucho cliente que ya ha usado el producto es porque ha ido de vacaciones a E.U. o llamo a mami o a mi hermanita a que le enviaran un paquete o un producto de Bath & Body Works o lo compro por internet. Porque mucha gente en Puerto Rico compra mucho atravez de Internet.
Aquí el cliente va a poder tener la fragancia en el momento y no esperar por ella, va a poder tener mas variedad, va a poder olerlas, sentirlas, tener la prueba en el momento y así poder ver las distintas fragancias. Va a poder tener un contacto con el empleado directamente que le puede hablar y explicar de la historiade la fragancia.
Los precios son los mismos no cambian,todos los precios de los productos que estan en E.U. son los mismmos precios de Puerto Rico y hoy especificamente el cliente en Puerto Rico va a tener la oportunidad de tener Forever Midnight. Forever Midnight`es la segunda fragancia de lujo que trabajamos nosotros dentro de lo que es Bath & Body Works. Hace dos años se lanzo lo que es Forever Red y este año es Forever Midnight. Esta fragancia sale el dia 4 de noviembre para todas las tiendas Bath&Body Works del mundo pero hoy por nosotros abrir en Puerto Rico una semana antes la compañia nos dio la oportunidad a Puerto Rico de tener la fragancia disponible.
Por lo demas el servicio de los empleados en la tienda era de maravilla bien atentos y bien instruidos en las fragancias y todo alli estaba bien organizado y queria quedarme en la tienda todo el día. Estuve casi 3 horas porque no sabia que llevarme. Ya que en la tienda a mi y a mi amiga nos dieron dos certificados de regalo de $25.00 y había tantas fragancias que no sabia cual escoger.
